passionate enthusiasm, our professional sommelier selects wine with
care according to tradition and the latest tendencies. The 80 varieties of
our wine cellar have an Italian influence. Rich in knowledge from courses
by
the reputed Jacques Orhon, author of several books in the field, sommelier
Danielle Gagnon personally selects the wine list, doing the restaurant
pride
while giving rise to the curiosity of the clientele. |
Among
the 1000 bottles that are contained in our wine cellar, there are
wines to impress all, from the novices to the connoisseurs, while
respecting
their budget. One of Danielle's specialties is to discover the rare
pearls
of wine at reasonable prices. Besides the splendid grand cru selections of
"Vini da Tavola", discover the classical tastes of Sassicaia, Solaia,
Tignanello and Cepparello. Their full taste is assured thanks to their
conservation in the controlled atmosphere of our wine cellar. |
